From time to time Midlothian Friends Meeting publishes official statements, usually called 'Minutes' stating the Meeting's stance or position on items of public concern.

Reports
Midlothian Friends Meeting, like any organization, produces reports. One of the most significant reports is the annual State of the Meeting report. This report is produced at the behest of the larger organization to which we belong, the Baltimore Yearly Meeting. It summarizes the significant activities, accomplishments, challenges, and changes for the preceding year.

Newsletters
Midlothian Meeting stopped producing a printed newsletter a number of years ago in favor or electronic correspondence. However an archive of past newsletters can be retrieved by clicking on the "Newsletter" menu item on the left.
