We meet every First Day (Sunday) at 11 am in our meetinghouse at the intersection of Huguenot Springs and Preservation Roads northwest of the village of Midlothian, Virginia. Midlothian is a suburb of Richmond, Virginia, located south of the James River.

The meetinghouse is located at the intersection of Huguenot Springs Road (Rt. 607) and Preservation Road. Preservation Road is the main entrance to a housing development called The Preserve. The intersection is off Huguenot Springs Road about 2 1/2 miles north of Rt. 60 and about 1.5 miles south of the intersection of Huguenot Springs Road and Robious Road (Rt. 711).  If you need assistance, please call and leave a message at (804) 744-2657.

Directions from the north

From Washington and points north, take I-95 south to Richmond, then take I-295 west to Charlottesville. I-295 ends at I-64, which goes east and west. Take I-64 west towards Charlottesville, but be prepared to take the first exit off I-64, which is  Rt. 288  towards Chesterfield. Follow Rt. 288 and then follow the directions from Rt. 288-north below.

Directions from the west

From Charlottesville, take I-64 east towards Richmond, and then exit on Rt. 288 towards Chesterfield. Follow directions from Rt. 288-north (below)

Directions from the east

From Norfolk/Virginia Beach, take I-64 west towards Richmond. Once you see the city of Richmond, follow signs to I-95 north and then I-64 west towards Charlottesville. (Do not take I-295 north to Washington - it takes you too far north of I-64.) Follow directions from Rt. 288-north (below).

Directions from the south west

From Lynchburg/Roanoke, take Rt. 460 to Rt. 360 to Richmond. From Rt. 360 take Rt. 288 north to the exit for Midlothian Turnpike (Rt. 60) west towards Powhatan. Follow directions from the village of Midlothian (below).

 Directions from Rt. 288-north

 If coming from the north on Rt. 288, you will cross the James River. Then take the Huguenot Trail/Robious Road exit, take a right at the end of the ramp, and go west on Huguenot Traill for a very short distance: .3. Bear left onto Woolridge Road (Rt. 721), and go about 25 yards. Go left at the stop sign and you will be on Huguenot Springs Road ). Go south on Huguenot Springs Road  (which is sinuous, with narrow shoulders, so exercise caution) for about 1.5 miles. You will come up to a small rise, and the interesection of Preservation Road and Huguenot Springs Road will be on your right. Take a right on Preservation Road into the Preserve housing development, but take your immediate left into our meetinghouse driveway, marked by the white mailbox that says MFM/Quakers.

 Directions from the village of Midlothian 

From the south or southwest, take Rt. 288 north to the Midlothian (Rt. 60) west exit. Go west on Rt. 60 (Midlothian Turnpike) west for 2 miles to the turnoff for Huguenot Springs Road on the right.

The turnoff is marked by an antiques store called Hallsborough Tavern nestled in some trees at 16300 Midlothian Pike. Turn right on Huguenot Springs Road (Rt. 607). Bethel Baptist Church will be on your left as the first major marker on Huguenot Springs Road. .

Go north on Huguenot Springs Road for close to 2.5 miles. The road is sinuous, with narrow shoulders, so exercise caution. After about a mile you will pass the green sign on your left marking the Chesterfield / Powhatan County line (the meetinghouse is in Powhatan County).

Finally, the road will dip, and there will be a yellow 'School Bus Stop' sign on the right just before the intersection with Preservation Road. Turn left into Preservation Road. Take an immediate left into the meetinghouse driveway, marked by the while mailbox that says MFM/Quakers.

Our mailing list is not used for requests for donations unless expressly authorized by Meeting, and that has only happened once in our history. We have a saying at Midlothian Meeting: "We value your presence, not your purse".

Our mailing list is private, except once a year when we are required to send a copyto Baltimore Yearly Meeting for their organizational purposes. They also keep their mailing lists private.
