Meeting for Discernment Meeting Minutes

Every 2nd Sunday of the month we hold a Meeting for Worship with a Concern for Business, which is now called "Meeting for Discernment". This meeting is where the business of the meeting is conducted, i.e. the operations, decisions, and approvals of proposed actions.

it is not a meeting in the normal sense of the word. It is facilitated, conducted in a worshipful manner, with respect accorded to all views.

Listed below are PDF files containing all the minutes for each month in a specific year. Some months there was no Meeting for Discernment; for example during holiday periods. Other files are missing from any of our sources, for example March and April 2013.

Starting in 2023, there are no minutes from Meeting for Discernment unless a major decision was made.
